Team Member Job Description

  • Front End associates who work directly with customers. Strong communications skills, friendly personality and a desire to please our customers is a requirement. No prior experience required, but that is helpful.  Must be able to multi-task, have strong math skills to handle cash and other forms of payment, and be committed to sanitation standards. 
  • Kitchen positions include Cooks, sandwich makers and prep staff who prepare the food to the high quality standards of The Old Dairy . The ability to read and follow recipes is required along with an ability to maintain high quality food and sanitation standards in a busy environment. 
  • Our Dishwashers support the restaurant by maintaining a clean environment and following sanitation requirements. This is a critical part of our overall commitment to customer service.  This position requires high energy and attention to detail from cleaning the corners of pans to the tines of the fork.  In addition, this individual must understand sanitation requirements in the dining room to serve as a busser during peak times.     

Minimum Requirements for Team Member Positions

1. 16 or older depending on position
2. Work permit may be required by state law
3. Weekend availability may be required
